A Lionville Home gets A Seamless Roof Upgrade

Back in January, I was in a Lionville neighborhood and looking to connect with homeowners who might be thinking about spring roof work.

That’s when I noticed a home sitting high on a hill—beautiful location, but clearly taking the brunt of some serious wind damage. The shingles were worn and missing in spots, and it was obvious the roof had been through a lot. So I knocked on the door.

From the moment we spoke, there was a natural connection. The homeowner was already aware that the constant wind had taken a toll, and they knew it was time for a replacement. Still, they wanted to make the right choice—and I fully supported that. They did their homework, got multiple estimates, and came back to us. Not only were we thousands less than the competition, but they appreciated our transparency and approach from day one.

One thing we were both fully aligned on?

We don’t install roofs in cold weather.

Unlike many contractors who push through jobs in freezing temperatures to keep schedules full, we wait for proper conditions. Cold temps can lead to poor adhesion and reduced shingle performance over time, and we simply won’t risk your home’s protection for the sake of speed.

So, we planned the job for spring—and as soon as the weather warmed up, we got to work.

The homeowners had one specific request: they wanted their new roof to match their neighbor’s roof exactly. Challenge accepted! We sourced the same CertainTeed shingles in the same color, and the match is so precise, you can’t even tell the two roofs were installed at different times.

From coordinating with the Rhondda HOA, to pulling all the necessary permits from Uwchlan Township, our team handled everything. The process was smooth, simple, and stress-free—just how we like it.

Today, that Lionville home has a fresh, high-quality roofing system that not only looks great but will stand strong against whatever the wind throws at it next. And best of all? The homeowners are thrilled.
